DiVine Senses

… For those for whom the language of wine is a melodious gibberish

This workshop will titillate your taste buds and allow you to unravel the mysteries of wine with an introduction to wine tasting using three senses: sight, smell, and taste. This workshop can be held outdoors on in a wine cellar, or in any location of your choosing.

The workshop has four parts:

• introduction using three senses : Sigth, smell, taste
• the aromatic palette
• analysis of flavors
• wine service

This activity does not include transportation to the workshop site, and is available year-round for groups of 4 to 20 people.
